About

A day in the life…

Each day I wake up at 11:00, throw on my robe and then go and spend approx. 1 hour in my outside hot tub. I consume my breakfast of eggs benedict and a glass of champagne, before not long spending the rest of the day poolside…

Ok. So that’s not true. But you can dream right. Truth of the matter is I wake up around 6:30, drive 45 min to work, attend the gym before working an 8 hour shift at my job as a graphic artist. Upon getting home I usually try to press on with my own work, so that at the weekends I am able to visit my print studio and actually have something new to print. My days are busy, but its because I enjoy doing what I do. I get a real kick out of people taking interest in my work and want it to be something that is always in my life.

I studied a foundation year at NCN Nottingham and studied Graphic Design at Nottingham Trent University back in 2009, but didn’t really discover where I wanted to take my work until a few years ago. I spent many years working in a blinkered view where to take my work. Im now starting to enjoy experimenting with different printing mediums, and learning new processes that I can adapt to my work. I also have a profound new love for illustration, design and especially people’s own art style, Seeing their processes and how their work reaches its final form.

Anyway, that’s enough of that. If you like anything you see on this website, feel free to leave me a comment, or even get in touch! You can follow my work on the social media links on this page.
